Alpha is a character who originated from the 1977 6-issue comic book Alpha and the Letter People. He is a magical superhero whose torso is a book. Inside his pages are the source of his magic, containing everything he needs to know, with the letters being the source of his magic. He can fly and take people to far away places. He consistently helps The Letter People with their many problems.
He additionally lives in a crystal palace in The Friendly Forest.

Miss A and Mister M had decided to take a picnic in The Friendly Forest, but were frightened by the talking trees. Alpha flies in, as he lives in the forest, and shows them that the trees are truly quite nice and just want to play. After revealing himself, he gives the two a lamp, which when lit, summons him. He encourages the two to share it with the rest of the Letter People as well. The Letter People then summon him on various occasions to solve various issues, arguments, and additionally to stop various bad guys trying to hurt the citizens of Letter People Land.
Appearance[]
Alpha wears a red hood, and his torso is a purple book with his name on it. He additionally wears a green mask, sleeves, and pants, along with some dark gloves and boots.
