Mister H meets his new friend, Harold, as he is about to go get a haircut. He asks Mister H to go with him but Mister H is afraid of getting his horrible hair cut. Harold shows Mister H there is nothing to be scared of. Even though Harold convinces him, Mister H still doesn't get it cut. Later, Sam Gump quizzes Mister H on what words start with his sound. Mister H gets them all correct and wins a hippo.
