Mister D is a Letter Boy. His sound comes from the same sound that starts Delicious Doughnuts.
Bio[]
“Mr. D had no appetite,
Though he tried to eat with all his might.
Then D decided if he had to eat,
Delicious Doughnuts would be his treat.”
In the original classroom program, Mister D is a man made out of doughnuts wearing a chef's hat, which is where he gets his sound from. In the classroom program, he has a lowercase d on a donut he holds.
TV Show[]
Mister D first debuts in Meet Mister D In Mister D's debut episode Mister D's song is different compared to the vinyl/classroom version. It was re-recorded with his TV series voice actor over the instrumental to better fit his voice as he appears in the series. Oddly enough Mister S's song also went through this same process. In the TV series, Mister D is depicted with him with one on his hat. He rarely appears in the series, his only main role being in his introductory episode, in which he tries to solve the mystery of Dolly the Disappearing Dragon. Later on, he has a small appearance in WH/SH, where he appears in the Catching Game, making the word "shed", and more episodes about Mister D.
