Mister M is a Letter Boy. His sound comes from the same sound that starts Horrible Hair.
Bio[]
“Mister H has horrible hair.
Haircuts are too much for him to bear.
His hair is horrid and always a mess;
But he is quite happy that way, I guess.”
In both the original Letter People program as well as the TV adaptation, Mister H seems to be the leader of The Letter People.

He first appears in Meet Mister H where he and his friend, Harold, go to the barbershop for a haircut.
