Ms. J, as the informal part of her name is abbreviated, is a completely reworked version of the original "Mister" J. She is a female Letter Person, and gets her sound from the jingle jingle jacket she wears.

Ms. J has blue skin and ginger hair. She wears red shoes, yellow socks and shorts, and a yellow shirt with a turtleneck, which has an uppercase J on the front. Her most notable feature is her green "jingle jingle jacket" which is covered in bells (which her shoelaces also has). As she mentions, whenever she moves, her jacket jingle jingles, but whenever she stands still, it does not make a sound. It has a lowercase j on the back.
